Just 10 km from the sea, the "La Fontanella" bed and breakfast is a welcoming, recently renovated independent property located in the Civitanova district, the heart of Lanciano's historic center. The building, which guarantees utmost privacy, is just steps from the main square, home to the ancient Cathedral and theater, and just a 5-minute walk from the Church of San Francesco, which houses the Eucharistic Miracle. A strategic location, amidst the city's most significant sites, offers easy access to a variety of inns and restaurants where you can sample the typical products of Frentana cuisine.
The "La Fontanella" B&B is composed of two practical and independent spaces, guaranteeing our guests comfort; it has very thick perimeter walls, which naturally provide cool and comfortable rooms in the summer season.

The first floor (mezzanine) features a welcoming living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Thanks to the sofa bed (queen-size) in the living room, this spacious and comfortable space can accommodate additional guests, making it the ideal solution for families. The B&B offers guests breakfast at a partner café located just a few meters from the property, in the center of Lanciano. A refrigerator is available in the living room for storing and keeping food and drinks cool.

The second area (first floor) consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a private kitchen, where guests can prepare breakfast (included in the price) in complete privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove, refrigerator with freezer, table, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable breakfast. Thanks to its spacious rooms, this second area can also accommodate up to three guests. Upon request, a single bed can be added to the adjacent room to create a triple room. A cot is also available for a child (up to 4 years old).
