The reality is located on the edge of the town of Esino Lario, along the road that leads to Valsassina through the Aguelio pass.
It consists of two houses (one from 1930 and one from 1950) on which a single residential unit is developed which, due to the number of guests (max 25) and the management methods, aims to be a "family" residence.
The house is equipped with every comfort and technological equipment (WIFI, TV, video projection) but also with a games room, a relaxation room, a “fireplace” room, a “grill” space, a breakfast/break room, a solarium, a tent space as well as a kitchen to maintain the concept of a family “holiday home”.
The rooms are comfortable, even if spartanly furnished and finished; everything is child-friendly and safe. A small playroom/library allows you to spend dark or rainy evenings or days in serenity.

Within 200 m. supermarket, residential area. Within 1 km church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, pharmacy. Over 10 km hospital.

Minimum 2 nights, No smoking throughout the property, Pets not allowed.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply rates but accepts donations in favor of the management body.
