Malga Arvenutis, owned by the Municipality of Ovaro, is granted for use by the Unione Sportiva Ovaro (ASD - ONLUS), an association founded in 1970 and active in the fields of sport, recreation, leisure, and culture. It is located approximately 9 km from Ovaro (province of Udine), at an altitude of 1,516 meters above sea level, in a vast area on the slopes of Mount Arvenis. It can be reached by a paved road, with any vehicle taking the usual precautions required for mountain driving. It is a large building converted from the old "casera" (shelter) after careful restoration. Its current appearance is as follows:

• Outdoor area: large grassy areas suitable for outdoor activities. It can accommodate several dozen parked cars.

A large covered patio, with exposed beams, gives direct access to a corridor leading to the upper floors and the kitchen.

Between 5 and 10 km away, there's a church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, and a residential area. The hospital is over 10 km away.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
