Welcoming guests, therefore, is fundamental in every monastery. In Subiaco, anyone who wishes to periodically unwind from the frenetic pace of life and rediscover themselves in silence and peace can experience this by sharing prayer, listening to the Word of God, and the Eucharistic table with the monks.

To accommodate individuals, mixed groups, families, pilgrims, cultural and religious conferences, pastoral activities, and school camps, a guesthouse has been set up. It offers: 50 rooms with 1 to 4 beds, each with a private bathroom, telephone, and TV outlet, for a total of 105 beds; a bar and TV room; a restaurant seating up to 500 people, spread across several rooms; two conference rooms; internal parking; a large park; and a chapel. All areas are accessible to the disabled.

The Foresteria is also open to those who wish to have a hot meal.

The monks are available to offer their fraternal spiritual assistance to guests, and the guests, with their attitude and behavior, can be of great help to the Community itself, in living monastic life with generosity and joy.
