The Oasi Bethlehem is a self-managed group home located on a hill above the village of Santa Giustina, with a large lawn. From the property, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Valbelluna valley below, with the Piave River flowing through it, and the peaks of the Belluno and Feltre Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The house offers 64 bunk beds in six large rooms, accommodating 9, 10, and 12 people. There are two large shared bathrooms for the sleeping quarters and one for the living area. The living area consists of a large living room with seating for over 100 people, which can serve as both a dining room and an activity room. From the living room, a staircase leads to a large attic, which can be used for activities and includes a chapel area. On the opposite side of the house, another living room with seating for 60 people and private bathrooms is available to guests. The kitchen is equipped with two pasta cookers, two ovens, four burners, a griddle and a grill, a deep fryer, a large island with a countertop, and a sink with an adjacent hood-type dishwasher. A dedicated space houses two large refrigerators and a freezer. The kitchen and dining room are equipped with all the necessary tableware and cookware for groups. A large, long covered porch allows for outdoor group activities, even on rainy days. The property is surrounded by a large lawn with an area designated as a soccer field with two goals. Behind the house is a small wooded area with a natural setting, equipped with benches and an altar, and a dedicated space for scout groups and camps. A lawn with large terraces is suitable for pitching tents. The camp area is connected to water and electricity.

There are various hiking options, with trails just a few minutes' drive away, or even shorter walks nearby. For younger visitors, guided tours of the Ethnographic Museum of the Province of Belluno and the Santa Libera Mill are available upon reservation. Both offer special activities for children and teens, introducing them to the valley's ancient life and crafts.
Upon request, a short outdoor activity can be organized to introduce and observe the peculiarities and beauty of the nature and landscape surrounding the house.
The Papa Luciani Spirituality and Cultural Center is located 200 meters from the house, with churches, halls, single, double, and triple rooms, a restaurant, and a park with a gazebo.
The Oasis and Center staff are available to provide information and directions for excursions.
