This well-equipped house is located in a quiet area, particularly suitable for families and adult groups. It is less suitable for summer camps for children, teenagers, and young adults.

Interior:
Ground floor: refectory seating 35-40 people, equipped with a pellet stove, television, DVD player, and VCR; management lounge; fully equipped kitchen; spacious pantry; and storage room.
Three sleeping levels: four bedrooms with two or three beds plus a bathroom on each floor. There are also three additional bathrooms, for a total of six shower rooms.
Attic that can be used not only for meetings but also as a chapel for prayer (for Holy Mass there are all the necessary items except the alb, chasuble, wine and hosts).
Reduced outdoor space.
The area is ideal for hiking and walking. In winter, there are cross-country and downhill ski slopes just a few kilometers away.
