The Artigiani di Preziosi facility is managed by the Artigiani di Preziosi social cooperative, which focuses on the inclusion of children with autism and other disabilities through experiential workshops in pizza, music, ceramics, theater, and baking. Each activity is designed to foster creativity, inclusion, and joy. Proceeds from the facility and the sale of products made in the workshops are entirely reinvested in the project. This means that every stay, every pizza kneaded by the children, every piece of ceramic painted, and every chocolate created contributes to the cooperative's growth.

The property is located overlooking the sea with spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples. It offers welcoming rooms with private bathrooms, TVs, and air-conditioned Wi-Fi. Its private chapel is available to all guests for moments of prayer and reflection. It is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay surrounded by landscapes and spirituality. A solarium terrace and private parking complete the offerings.
 Upon request, it is possible to carry out laboratory activities with the students of the facility.

The location is strategic: 600 meters away, an internal path leads to the port, where ferries depart for Capri, Positano, and Amalfi, and where renowned seaside restaurants are located. Less than 1 km away, there are private and private beaches, the Villa Comunale, the Circumvesuviana train, which provides easy access to Sorrento and the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples, the Reggi di Quisisana, paths leading to Mount Faito, and the Path of the Gods.
