Description

The property is strategically located between San Giovanni Valdarno and Montevarchi, 3-4 km from both historic centers, yet surrounded by greenery.

Managed by QOELET Impresa Sociale SRL, it consists of two floors. The upper floor has seven bedrooms, sleeping a total of 18. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (some en suite, others opposite).

The lower level features a large, fully equipped kitchen to accommodate large groups; a refectory with four large tables and seating for approximately 25; and two rooms, one smaller and one larger, equipped with internet access and a video projector.

The exterior features two large spaces, one in front and one in back. The front space can be used for parking, while the flat back space can be used for any type of sporting activity.

Part of the facility has been converted into an Extraordinary Reception Center and houses asylum seekers. The Bethesda Extraordinary Reception Center is characterized by hosting only families, with a maximum of four families and 12 places.

The 2 structures are adjacent, but separate.

Depending on the availability of the hosted group, the facility also offers activities with asylum seekers (reporting sessions, ethnic dinners, work placements within the facility, etc.).

Within 1 km, there's a church, bus stop, bar/restaurant, hospital, and residential area. Between 1 and 5 km, there's a train station, ATM, supermarket, and pharmacy. The airport is over 10 km away.
