The property is divided into three units: Cascina Margherita , comprising a communal kitchen, dining room with fireplace, veranda, and eight bedrooms sleeping 2 to 10 with bathrooms; Baita Costantino , comprising a communal kitchen, dining room, veranda, and five bedrooms sleeping 2 to 12 with bathrooms; and Chalet , comprising a living room/kitchen, a bedroom sleeping 2 and a bedroom sleeping 8 with bathrooms.

It is located at an altitude of 1020 meters, surrounded by a mountain range at the foot of the Grigna and Grignone mountains. It can be reached by two routes: first, leaving your car at the Sacro Cuore church and walking for 20 minutes on a dirt road; second, passing through Pasturo and following the chestnut grove road to our parking lot, walking the last stretch. Luggage and food are transported.

Within 200 meters is a church. Between 1 and 5 km are a bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, and residential area. Between 5 and 10 km are the train station and hospital.
