Located at 1000 meters above sea level, the property can be reached by any means of transport or directly from the historic center of Tagliacozzo on foot through the pine forest.

A large structure ideal for scout or similar groups of 40-80 people. The building is also located within a large natural space, offering the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities amidst pristine nature. The space is private and reserved for guests only.
