The Scout Base is located in the province of Savona, in the municipalities of Urbe and Sassello, about 40 minutes from Genoa and has been entirely owned by Agesci Liguria since 2008. The Scout Base offers more than 40 hectares of land and 5 housing structures ready to welcome Scouts and others from all over the world.
The Base can accommodate approximately 200 people in its 5 houses and several hundred in tents in the many camps scattered around the base.

Between 1 and 5 km from a church, bus stop, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, and residential area. Between 5 and 10 ATMs and a hospital. Over 10 km from the train station and airport.

The scout base requests a reimbursement for the management of the facilities which varies depending on the person booking the facilities and the period.

The facility is exempt from the National Identification Code (NIC) as it does not charge fees and only requests reimbursement for actual water, electricity, gas, and heating consumption. It also accepts donations to the management body.
