Overlooking the Santa Chiara Canal, just steps from Piazzale Roma (bus terminal) and close to the Santa Lucia train station, it is easily accessible from Marco Polo Airport and the highway exit. The municipal boat stops are also just steps away. With basic amenities yet meticulous attention to detail, the hotel offers elegant interiors and bright, spacious rooms, furnished in a modern, understated style. The overall atmosphere evokes and conveys the charm of historic homes.

Casa Sant'Andrea, due to its location, caters specifically to groups, families, and individual guests. Special group rates apply Monday through Thursday.

There is a small agreement with a garage that can be requested at Reception or parking on Tronchetto Island, where there is also the Intermediate Marittima Station connected by the "People Mover" train (3 minutes).

The Ma.Ce. Cooperative, founded in 1992, has been managing the "Casa per Ferie Sant'Andrea" since March 2001. It is a social solidarity cooperative that also focuses on integrating socially disadvantaged people into various sectors of activity, including managing the "Casa Sant'Andrea" holiday home.
