Villa S. Antonio delle Ancelle della Carità began its activity in 1937 as the home of the Coadjutor Sisters' novitiate until 1954. It later became the seat of the Juniorate and a retreat house for the Congregation's sisters. Renovated in the 1980s, it continued to offer hospitality to the sisters for retreats and to other lay groups for spirituality days or courses, study seminars, and formation.

The house's environmental and structural features ensure flexibility and adaptability, capable of meeting a variety of needs. Open year-round, it is particularly popular in the spring and summer months, given its location in the foothills of Brescia. The outdoor spaces offer groups the opportunity to organize breakfasts and picnic lunches, taking advantage of the helpful support of the house's services. The house also offers full board and lodging arrangements upon request.
