The Sanctuary is dedicated to Our Lady Madonna dell' Acqua. The patronal feast is celebrated on the second Sunday of July every year. The church dates back to around 1500 with an adjoining rectory and external votive chapel.

The rectory is on three floors with living rooms, shared bathrooms and a kitchen.
As in the past, it is often a destination for pilgrimages, visited by both organized and self-managed religious and parish groups, as well as organized and self-managed scout groups who have the possibility of camping with a tent in the external area or camping inside in the hall on the ground with sleeping bags provided to them.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have single beds or dormitories with beds.

In the summer, there is an outdoor municipal swimming pool approximately 500 metres from the property.
About 45 minutes by car from Genoa and with the possibility of walking in the various hilly areas of Valbrevenna up to Mount Antola.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply rates but accepts donations in favor of the management body.
