The Feltre Episcopal Seminary is open year-round and caters to parishes, organizations, associations, groups, families, and organizations requiring spaces to meet and gather for meetings, educational sessions, training sessions, spiritual retreats, conferences, meetings, and school camps.

The rooms, of varying sizes, can accommodate both large groups (maximum 140 seats) and smaller groups. The rooms are comfortable and heated in the winter.

The facility has toilets on each floor, suitable for use by people with disabilities.

Bathrooms with showers are also available if you require use of the outdoor area for sports activities.

The outdoor area is partially grassy. Two playing fields are available: a turf soccer field and an asphalt basketball/volleyball court. Artificial lighting allows for nighttime use.

The large Seminary complex has two entrances: the main entrance, at the front of the building, is located on Viale Piave, along the road that leads from the railway station roundabout to the center of Feltre; the second entrance is located in the internal courtyard and is accessed from the side street, Via Vecellio. A large, free public parking lot is available in front of the building, including for buses.

Within 200 meters, there's a church, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, and residential area. Within 1 km, there's a bus stop, train station, ATM, and hospital. The airport is over 10 km away.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
