It all began with the donation of a splendid, spacious building from a religious institute. The idea was to offer a service to out-of-town Catholic Action students, so that everyone, especially the student residence, could contribute to making the Youth Center a home where the Spirit speaks to young people! The decision was to pursue a ecclesiastical approach, not a promotional one, and to offer very reasonable prices, to foster a spirit of genuine welcome and perhaps even true fraternity.

The student residence is located entirely on one floor with a private entrance, allowing for a certain degree of independence and privacy from the Youth Center activities. It consists of 9 single rooms and 2 double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a recreation room, a garden, and a study room. The residence also offers Wi-Fi and a laundry and ironing room, where students can wash their own clothes.

The property is exempt from the National Identification Code as it welcomes guests only for long-term stays with a specific contract.
