The Immacolatine family hosts workers and students away from home. Just as our founder Mother Carolina Beltrami wanted, the environment maintains a family character, even if the spaces are very large. You will find a large refectory with a shared kitchen, each girl has her own fridge and her own lockable pantry-cupboard. There are two types of rooms in the structure:

- Single rooms equipped with sink and bidet - while the rest of the sanitary facilities are shared
- Single rooms with private full bathroom
- 1 Double room with private full bathroom

All common areas are cleaned daily by staff. There are washing machines and an area for hanging out clothes, both indoors and outdoors. Inside the building there is a large courtyard and on the top floor a large terrace. In addition, on the first floor there is a study room with desks and electrical outlets.

Occasionally we organize dinners and moments of sharing, to which everyone is invited to participate, films, reflections, pizza parties, and Holy Mass.

Within 200 m. church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, residential area. Within 1 km subway stop Dergano Yellow line M3 and Zara Purple line M5, Lancetti train station and Milano Bovisa Politecnico (Trenord passante). Between 1 and 5 km hospital. Between 5 and 10 km airport.

A minimum stay of one week is required, pets not allowed, reception at set times.
