Nestled in a lush, quiet valley. A starting point for various easy and medium-length and difficult hikes, as well as longer, multi-day treks along the Lagorai. Nearby attractions include the Valtrigona WWF Oasis, various areas and trails with relics of the Great War, access to Manghen, Monte Valpiana, Val Campelle, and Caldenave, and many others, with routes at various altitudes. Tents and camps can be set up nearby, with the house providing the necessary support. Smaller groups can stay in the house and larger groups can stay in tents.

The facility features a large, well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundry room, pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. The ground floor includes a dining room, a living room with a ventilated stove, a games room, and restrooms. The first floor has seven bedrooms, sleeping 2, 4, 6, and 8, each with a bathroom and shower. The second floor has nine bedrooms, sleeping 2, 4, and 6, also with bathrooms and showers. Each floor also has a large shared bathroom.

This house, owned by the parish of Moglia (Mantua), is located in a former hotel complex in Val Calamento, Telve, Trento. It is located on the Manghen state road that connects Valsugana (starting in Borgo) to Val di Fiemme (ending in Molina). The house's sole purpose is to be used for prayer and vacations, exclusively for recreational and religious purposes.
