Description

Villa Alta Prelato is open and available for any initiative of groups, parishes, families and religious associations, usable in all seasons. During autumn and winter it is possible to stay in the Dependance which, equipped with heating, has an industrial kitchen, a pantry and a large living room on the ground floor; on the first floor there are 5 rooms each with bathroom and shower for a total of 19 beds.
With the arrival of the warm season it is also possible to stay in the historic house with 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a small chapel. The total capacity can reach 48 beds. The two structures are surrounded by a fenced park of about 4 hectares, next to the annex there is a maxi-wooden gazebo of 60 m² with attached barbecue.

Between 1 and 5 km church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, residential area. Between 5 and 10 km train station, pharmacy, hospital.
