SUMMER 2026 OFFER: June 23-25, June 29-July 5, August 23-28: Villa Bassa Prelato offers a 20% discount (€11 per person per night instead of €14) for self-catering groups of at least 30 people. The offer includes the tourist tax and final cleaning, which is paid for by the manager. Utilities are not included in the offer and will be calculated based on water, electricity, and gas meter readings according to the standard rates.

Villa Bassa Prelato is located in the Fano hills, in the Centinarola area, near the Montegiove hermitage. The recently renovated house, equipped with heating and air conditioning, comprises 17 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with four industrial burners, two pasta cookers, an eight-tray oven, a slicer, a refrigerator, a chest freezer, a commercial dishwasher, and a wine cellar.

In front of the house is a large space that can be used partly as a parking lot and partly as a playground. On one side of the house is a large wooded area, particularly suitable for scout groups. The adjacent church is currently undergoing renovation.

The structure is given to self-managed groups.
