VILLA BORROMEO Episcopal Seminary in Pesaro
133 posti letto

Description
The large structure of the diocesan seminary, built in the 1960s, was transformed into the "Villa Borromeo" reception center for the Jubilee of 2000.
Villa Borromeo is located in Pesaro's Muraglia district, within the city limits and in a secluded area surrounded by a large park.
Completely renovated, the house offers a variety of accommodation options: for moments of reflection (retreat days, spiritual exercises, conferences, assemblies, etc.), but also for a peaceful and comfortable rest.
The complex extends over five floors. One floor currently houses the John Paul II Institute of Religious Sciences (ISSR). Three floors contain 53 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, allowing the house to accommodate up to 133 people. One floor is reserved for common services: a reception area, a bar, two dining rooms, a professional kitchen, as well as several meeting rooms and two chapels, one large for over 100 people and a smaller one for about 50.
The entire structure is free of architectural barriers.
The house is exclusively owned by a large park of approximately 10,000 square meters, which includes:
- a large swimming pool equipped with a slide to facilitate access to the water even for people with mobility difficulties;
- a soccer field and a volleyball court for sports and recreational activities;
- an olive grove and several green spaces equipped with benches and tables;
- a large parking lot available to guests of the house.
Within 200 meters, there's a church and a residential area. Within 1 km, there's a bus stop, ATM, supermarket, pharmacy, and hospital. The train station is 1 to 5 km away.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
