VILLA BORROMEO Episcopal Seminary in Pesaro
The large structure of the diocesan seminary built in the 60s, on the occasion of the Jubilee of 2000, has been transformed into a "Villa Borromeo" welcome house.
The Villa Brromeo is located in Pesaro in the Muraglia area, so inside the city and in a secluded area surrounded by a large park.
Completely renovated, the house offers various possibilities for accommodation: for moments of reflection (retreat days, retreats, conferences, assemblies, etc.), but also offers the possibility of a quiet and comfortable rest.
The complex is spread over five floors. A plan currently houses the "John Paul II" Institute of Religious Sciences (ISSR). Three floors comprise No. 53 rooms all with internal services, so the house can accommodate up to 110 people. One floor is reserved for common services: reception, bar, two dining rooms, professional kitchen, as well as several meeting rooms and two chapels, one large for over 100 people, and a smaller one for about 50 people.
The exclusive property of the house is a large park of about 10,000 square meters.
Surrounded by greenery a large swimming pool equipped with a slide to let the disabled in the water.
It also has a football field for sports and recreational activities and a large parking area for guests of the house.
