Villa Elena was the residence of Elena da Persico (journalist 1869-1948); from the early 1900s, she organized meetings and educational events in response to the cultural and social needs of her time. Today, the Villa continues its cultural, spiritual, and ecclesial activities: it hosts annual conferences organized by the Elena da Persico Foundation and other associations in the Verona area; and offers a year-round lecture program led by Father Franco Mosconi.

It is also open to parish groups, associations, or movements who choose to host training and spiritual days. It has large outdoor spaces (park), a meeting room, a large dining room, and a spacious chapel (seating approximately 120) that can also host conferences if needed. It offers 60 beds, mostly in single rooms.
