The Villa Maria Alpine Lodge is owned by the Parish of San Pietro Apostolo in Schio (VI) and is managed by volunteers. It is located in Bosco di Tretto at an altitude of 783 m, about 12 km from Schio.

In addition to the approximately 12,000 square meter park, the houses are surrounded by green spaces with trails leading to the nearby mountains, including nature trails that pass through the picturesque districts of the Tretti area and CAI trails leading to beautiful peaks. The house is suitable for both adults and children in organized groups, or for families sharing common areas: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and so on.

There are 30 beds available, which can be expanded to 45 if combined with those of Casa San Giuseppe.

Within 200 meters: bus stop, bar/restaurant, residential area. Within 1 km: church, supermarket. Between 1 and 5 km: train station, ATM, pharmacy, and hospital.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
