The Commenda's house is located on a hillside towards Benevello, at about 600 meters above sea level, with a beautiful view of Alba and the Langhe, near a UNESCO World Heritage site. The road is easily accessible for cars and minibuses; buses must take a separate route.

Parking, a playground, and an outdoor arena for gatherings are available. The kitchen is fully equipped and is available for guest use. Special arrangements can be made for catering or other special events. The downstairs dining room can seat 100 people and is occasionally used for parties, subject to strict rules.

There is also a small chapel. Experts and leaders are available to provide in-depth information on cultural, religious, historical, geographical, and ecological topics. For children and young people, we can suggest appropriate recreational, educational, artistic, naturalistic, and scientific activities, including catechism and philosophy for children. Sports, food and wine, nature, and spiritual reflection tours are also available.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
