The house of the Commenda is located along a hilly coast towards Benevello at about 600 m. altitude, with a beautiful view of Alba and the Langhe, near the environmental heritage protected by UNESCO. The road is easy for cars and minibuses; coaches must take another route.

There is a parking lot, a playing field, an outdoor arena for meetings. The kitchen is equipped and at the guest's care. However, special agreements can be made for catering or for restaurants. The hall below can accommodate 100 people at the table and is sometimes used for parties, with strict rules.

There is also a small chapel. Experts and animators are available for in-depth information on cultural, religious, historical, geographical and ecological topics. For children and young people we can suggest appropriate recreational, educational, artistic, naturalistic and scientific activities, catechesis and philosophy for children. Sports, food and wine, naturalistic and spiritual reflection itineraries are possible.

Between 1 and 5 km church, bus stop, residential area. Between 5 and 10 km bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy. Over 10 km train station, hospital.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply rates but accepts donations in favor of the management body.
