ResArt is a new dimension of hospitality: all the spaces of ResArt are part of a widespread museum, that of the Collection of Card. Lercaro.
The rooms and corridors host original works of art or reproductions of the most valuable pieces, which can be visited in the same structure, in the area dedicated to the LERCARO COLLECTION which constitutes the heart around which ResArt was born: the name Iàcomus recalls the name of Cardinal Lercaro who collected over eight hundred works of art animated by a love for culture and a deep interest in dialogue and expressiveness.
The ResArt is part of the large complex that houses the Lercaro Collection museum, the Cardinal Giacomo Lercaro Foundation and the Veritatis Splendor Institute.
In this context, three floors of the structure are occupied by 32 rooms: single, double, triple and family rooms with private bathroom, mini-bar, air conditioning and free WIFI connection.
There are 7 “art rooms” which house the original works of art belonging to the Lercaro Collection.

MEETING ROOMS: inside the structure there are some conference spaces, a Great Hall (up to 145 seats) and 5 other Classrooms with a capacity of 20 to 140 seats and equipped with amplification and multimedia supports. There are also other spaces suitable for exhibitions and informal meetings.

The presence of a SMALL CHURCH inside the structure constitutes a great added value, making the stays of religious groups unique.
