The House of Welcome The Carmine located in San Felice del Benaco is located in a beautiful location between the green of the olive trees and the blue of Lake Garda.
Adjacent to the Sanctuary, the atmosphere that is breathed is that of the fraternity and reception typical of the Carmelite spirituality. Following the Second Vatican Council, the Carmelite Order has tried to make more and more use of the collaboration of the laity, so when you arrive you will meet Elena and Amata, who are part of the "La Famiglia" lay movement founded in 1948 in Florence.
The house has been recently renovated, has 3 lifts that make it accessible also to the handicapped, of 58 rooms, some with a splendid view of Lake Garda, can accommodate up to 90 people in cozy and comfortable single and double rooms with attached services. Being a Casa per Ferie no daily cleaning is done in the rooms, but only every 3 days; the rooms are NOT equipped with: air conditioning, minibar and TV.
Pilgrims can find refreshment in a large and bright air-conditioned restaurant that can accommodate up to 150 people. The Reception House has a large parking area also for buses; a large garden with olive grove. Wonderful the monastic cloister located at the center of the House from which you can directly access the chapel of the Sanctuary.
The air-conditioned auditorium with 150 seats and 4 meeting rooms, make possible meetings of ecclesial formation, parish, spiritual exercises, conferences and seminars; the House also accommodates families or individuals for periods of rest and spiritual holidays.
The structure is open from March to October; the prerequisite for hospitality and hospitality is the possession of the CITS card and / or belonging to the Carmelite family .

The structure has participated in the "Weeks of Mercy" initiative to offer in 2017 and 2018 free hospitality to the less affluent.
