The House will permanently close its hospitality business in February 2026.

Casa Santa Vincenza is a holiday home located near the Padua Hospital.

Its location makes the house ideal for those who need to stay close to the hospital and the university. It's just a 15-minute walk from the Basilica of Saint Anthony and the historic center; the train station is 2 km away and can also be reached by public transportation; the nearest stop is just 200 meters away.

Casa Santa Vincenza offers its guests rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and televisions:
- Single room €48.00 per night, room only;
- Double room €66.00 per night, room only.
A tourist tax of €2 per day for the first 5 days must be added to the above rates. (Updated 2025)

It also offers a meeting room equipped with a video projector, sound system and 30 chairs.

Advance payment via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 100% if cancelled 15 days or more before the arrival date; 50% if cancelled 7 days or more before the arrival date; no refund if cancelled after this date.

Other amenities: self-service breakfast with vending machines; air-conditioned common room on the floor, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and lounge area with TV; daily room and bathroom cleaning (except holidays); change of towels every 3 days, change of sheets weekly; Wi-Fi; private parking.

The House is open from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm.
Check-in from 2.00 pm (3.00 pm on weekends and public holidays) to 9.30 pm.
